Rev Carole Frampton is an ordained interfaith minister, trained at the One Spirit Learning Alliance in New York. She went on to study two more years, completing a Christian seminary program in Lausanne Switzerland. She however doesn’t officiate as a minister, simply enjoys giving Talks when asked. She draws inspiration from her reading, life experiences and many years of personal development. She particularly resonates with Adler’s individual psychology or “psychology of courage”.

Professionally, she has worked for more than twenty years in peacebuilding in Africa and in the US, to now be based in Switzerland. She works for a private foundation, supporting peace champions (mostly international and local civil society organisations) go through participatory change processes so they can be more effective, value-aligned and sustainable agents of change. She lives with her husband and three daughters near Geneva Switzerland.
